Members of the Carter Lemon Camerons team put their best foot forward this month as, together with many others, they once again took part in the London Legal Walk.
Twelve staff in total participated in this year’s walk, held on Monday, May 22nd.
The 10km event, wending through the streets of central London, is organised in aid of the London Legal Support Trust, which assists with the provision of free legal services in both the capital and wider South East.
This year, the Carter Lemon Camerons team comprised Stephanie Lees, Chris Duffy, Rowan Shacklock-Hendry, Peter Skibinski, Francesca Flood, Stuart Brennan, Chis Atkins, Chris Picardo, James Norman, Jonathan Fozard, Sarah Hurford and Andrew Firman.
Andrew Firman, one of the firm’s pro bono partners, said: “It is once again a privilege to be able to join thousands of our professional colleagues to walk in solidarity with and to raise funds for the many hard pressed law centres and legal advice agencies in London and the South East who are on the front line in providing legal advice and support for those who can least afford it.
“Last year, five members of our team took part in the walk, which they chose to run, raising a total of more than £1,200. I hope that this year we will be able to raise even more.”
