Carter Lemon Camerons’ head of dispute resolution, Seamus Smyth, has welcomed a new solicitor to the department.
Francesca Flood has expertise in areas including property fraud, insolvency, professional negligence and shareholder and partnership disputes.
She also has a wealth of experience of banking litigation, including cases relating to the mis-selling of SWAP agreements and other hedging products.
She previously acted in the largest fraud case ever brought against a well-known high street bank, connected to the mis-selling of a hedging instrument linked to the LIBOR rate.
Seamus Smyth, head of Carter Lemon Camerons’ litigation department, said: “We are delighted to welcome Francesca to the team.
“She has experience working for clients in a broad range of sectors and further expands the firm’s expertise in handling banking disputes.”
Francesca started her legal career almost a decade ago, having previously studied at the College of Law and Durham University.
At Carter Lemon Camerons, our litigation team can advise on a range of matters from commercial disputes to professional negligence.
