We will cover all steps including getting your property ready, finding a tenant, complying with the many statutory requirements (immigration checks, deposit, energy certificates etc), the main terms of an assured shorthold tenancy, the possible tax implications of receiving rent, bringing the tenancy to an end and finally, what to do if the tenant misbehaves.
